My Diary and Me

Dear Diary,
WOO-HOO!!! The basketball season is finally over!!! We won the championships. Mom says Courtney's gonna have to do gymnastics for a whole year. She can't do a back-hand spring, much less a cartwheel or a somersault. My coach is really strict. She hates slackers. That's what Courtney's gonna be on the mats. Anyway, I can see all my friends at gymnastics. I don't worry about being behind, after all, gymnastics was out for like two months.
I'm done venting my happiness.
Muchos Gracias,
Asta la Vista

Coolio

Dear Diary,
"coolio"
I know it sounds weird, I really do. As usual, I'M stuck at this boring basketball game. It's NOT interesting, although it's the championships.. Back to
"coolio".
I plan to call everyone a "coolio" after the championships, except my sister.
She's a MEANIO. And a WIMPIO. And a STUCK-UPIO. AND OVERALL, SHE'S A WEIRDIO. Hey, isn't it a weirdo.
OH MY GOSH! I HAVE TO GO! THE GAME IS ABOUT TO END! BYE!

Dolphins

Dolphins are intelligent sea animals that are mammals. They breathe through the blowhole at the top their head. A dolphin's top speed is 25 miles per hour. They live in groups called schools, and they like to race alongside boats. There are more than 30 species of dolphins. Dolphins communicate by making clicking sounds. To find their prey, dolphins send out pulses. They then listen for reflected pulses to feel what is around them. This way, they are able to track down their prey.

My Diary and Me

I sat on the sidelines, and watched the "star player" of my basketbatll team score. "Woo-hoo!" yelled our coach. Hi, I'm Sarah Wallace. Let me introduce everyone. The "star player" of my team is my twin sister, Courtney. Our coach is my Dad, Micheal Wallace. Courtney and I are fraternal twins. We are in 7th grade, and have totally different personalities. I am a gymnast. Courtney is a basketball player. The only reason I'm here is because my mom, Lillian Wallace, or Lilly for short, says that"I need to do some running." I don't agree with her at all! However, I sneaked my diary in here, so when I'm bored, and "on the bench", which I always will be, I can write in it. Here is today's entry:

Dear Diary,
I'm bored, as usual, at a boring basketball game. I hope this ends soon-wait a second! It's the last 1 minute in the 4th quarter! I better put this away, or Dad will find out!
